LIT Lighting Solutions is committed to finding the best solution for your facility. Our process is scalable, repeatable, and designed with our customers in mind.
First and foremost, we want to understand if you need help, if you would like help and if our values align. If we move past this point, we want to understand your goals and initiatives as a base to begin to understand if we can meet and exceed expectations on both sides of the aisle.
We take inventory of existing fixtures, lighting levels, measurement of space (including mounting height), tasks accomplished in the space, identify current installation methods, and highlight any areas we may view as opportunities for improvement.
Once an audit is complete, we discuss requirements for the space/spaces. It’s important that we understand not just want happens in the space, but also the time in which these take place. We discuss any accidents that may have taken place, personal preferences, and confirm we are aligned with stated goals.
We have worked with a lot of utility companies and understanding requirements for rebates varies widely and often changes from year to year. In some cases, it’s more economical to perform a 1:1 replacement. In others, it makes sense scrap the existing layout. At LIT, we often act as our clients liaison to answer any questions, assist in filing paperwork, ensuring compliance, etc.
After the research phase, it’s time to put our hypotheses to the test and design a layout to satisfy expectations and find the most economical option for our client. This often involves hours of work and multiple drafts to ensure we are providing the best value for our clients.
Return On Investment
LIT inputs data for the existing and proposed design, along with incentives that may be available, to provide an ROI outline for our customer and walk them through the design that we worked together on building.
Once we decide to partner, the hard work begins. A project manager will work with your team to confirm logistics and scheduling. They will also be providing updates throughout the installation to ensure a steady supply of communication.
LIT works only with licensed and qualified contractors that have had formal training in daily communication procedures, advanced safety training, and are exposed to a variety of if/ then scenarios.
After the work is complete, we like to schedule a call to answer any questions you may have about your new lighting system and secure feedback on the project. While we strive for 100% at all times, we also realize feedback makes us better.
